Our Barre Experience at Campbell’s Newest Fitness Studio: Flex Fusion
Flex Fusion is a brand new fitness studio in Campbell that opened it’s doors on June 4, 2016. When they asked us if we wanted to come check out their new studio, we quickly agreed. We have always wanted to try our barre and thought this would be the perfect opportunity. We signed up for an hour Barre Burn Class, which combines sculpting barre with cardio.
Half Moon Bay Guide
We love to visit Half Moon Bay when it heats up in the South Bay. You can’t beat the cool ocean breeze and the coastline is just gorgeous. The fresh seafood is also a big plus. With many classic seafood and chowder stops that draw a big crowd, this time we tried out some new spots (for us) that we are excited to share with you. We also crossed a big one off of our bucket list…a stay at the Ritz Carlton Half Moon Bay! Below is an overview of our weekend getaway. Discovering Yolo County
For me, Yolo County is synonymous with UC Davis, my alma mater. However, much to my surprise, there is much more to Yolo than expected. Just over the mountain range from Napa Valley, it is an up and coming wine region; you can find a fine bottle of wine for very reasonable prices. Yolo also has strong roots in agriculture, which explains why farm-to-table food is becoming more and more prevalent here.

PACE Gallery: teamLab in Menlo Park
teamLab is a team of “ultra-technologists” that consists of designers, programmers, engineers and visionaries. They collaborate on projects and are heavily influenced by Japanese Art and anime and create artwork like no other. Their latest interactive exhibit, Living Digital Space and Future Parks, is on exhibition in Menlo Park through July 1st, 2016.
