Bowlero is now open at Westfield Valley Fair mall in Santa Clara! We had the chance to attend their Grand Opening party and can’t wait to visit again. It’s the perfect place to visit with groups of all ages. We brought our kiddos along, but it would also be fantastic with a group of friends or a date!

As you walk in you are greeted with a full sports bar and air hockey tables. From here you can either hit up the bowling counter to rent a table and shoes, or meander through the arcade. In the back of Bowlero is where you’ll find the bowling lanes.

We started off our visit with a game of bowling. After renting shoes from the counter we picked out some balls and ordered apps and drinks from the kiosk at our lane. When setting up the bowling game you can program it so that certain players have bumpers. After doing this the bumpers will automatically go down when it’s said players turn. This made it easy and fun for the kids. They also have a bowling ramp for children as well. This was our kids’ first time bowling and they absolutely loved it. It was pure excitement each time the pins fell.

After bowling we decided it was time to peruse the arcade. Instead of inserting money into the games you will get an arcade game card which makes it easy to keep track of your credits and tickets. They have so many games and sooo much variety! Claw machines, driving games, wack-a-mole, and tons more! Some of the games have ticket rewards that you can redeem for prizes at their prize counter. The kids beelined to the candy claw machine where almost everyone was a winner every time. We also tried out some driving games and reflex games and all had a great time.
